So I want to make a special dessert for the kids this year for Thanksgiving. We always have the traditional pie... which Lauren doesn't like. (I know, she is crazy!)

Clay made us a pumpkin cheesecake that was SO yummy!!! I think he got recipe off food network. Noah loved it.
